Chemistry Express

You are aboard the Chemistry Express, a special anniversary train travelling from Sion to Bern for the SCS 125 ceremony. Shortly after departure, the conductor announces that the Anniversary Molecule, the centerpiece of the ceremony, has gone missing from the onboard science display. Four scientific systems are locked, and each one contains a clue. Solve the puzzles before the train reaches Bern to recover the molecule and allow the ceremony to begin on time.
